Namak Para Is A Rolled-out Dough Snack Made With Flour, Oil And Spices, Shaped Into Diamonds, And Deep Fried To Get The Golden-brown Texture And Crunchy Mouthfeel. While The Regular Namak Para Is Made With Maida, I Have Made It Healthier By Using Whole Wheat Flour.
